The Merlin chair has a 3-pillow envelope back with wings and is available with a choice of either a Single Motor 2-way action with an 18 stone / 115kg capacity or a Dual Motor action with 25 stone / 158kg capacity.

Mechanically, the Merlin operates in the same way as both the Avalon and Tintagel chairs, with both a recline function to enable the user to relax in perfect comfort and a tilt facility to enable the user to stand more easily.

The Dual Motor variant offers a combination of positions via the use of a simple 4-button locking key handset control and castors as standard.
