Tintagel Single or Dual Motor electrically operated lift and recline chair

This chair features a contemporary-style 3 pillow waterfall back with wings and fully adjustable fibre filled back cushions to enable the user to create a personalised seating position.

The Tintagel is available with a choice of either a Single Motor 2-way action with an 18 stone / 115kg capacity or a Dual Motor action with 25 stone / 158kg capacity.       The Dual Motor Tintagel will recline to the horizontal position with the footrest working independently to the backrest, providing the user with a multi-positional chair at the touch of a 4-button locking key hand control.

In addition it also provides a valuable aid for standing from a sitting position with one of the highest tilt facilities available.

The Tintagel in Dual Motor form with the additions of a Fixed Folding Table and Polished Wooden Arms, Fixed Locking Castors and Battery Back-up Unit has been widely used by NHS Trusts nationally for Day Surgery patients as a recovery chair bed.
