2. EC/B Battery Back Up System
This rechargeable battery system is continuously trickle-charged whenever ther is mains power. In the case of a power failure this unit will perform 20-30 operations.

Natural or Dark Mahogany finish (left side sitting as standard). This table can either be locked in the horizontal position when in use or folded down vertically by the side of the arm.

The Transformer reduces power supply from 240v to 24v and comes with a 48" (1.2m) cable from the plug to the Transformer.
8. EC/W Polished Wooden Arms
The ends of the arms are polished to a Mahogany finish as standard (also available in a Natural finish), complete with an indent-buttoned saddle arm for added comfort. (NB. Side pockets are not available with this option.)
9. EC/M Antimacassar (not illustrated)
This is a simple removeable piece of fabric which protects the head of the chair from everyday wear and stains.
10. EC/P Reflexion Pressure-Reducing Seat Foam

Reflexion relieves pressure problems with a revolutionary two layer design.
  • The upper layer - Vasco - is both energy-absorbing and temperature-sensitive, distributing weught more evenly and helping to reduce pressure problems.
  • The lower layer - Reflex - provides support to the upper Vasco layer ensuring additional flexibility and durability so as to deliver top performance characteristics over the longest periods of use.
  • Reflexion is available throughout our furniture range as a cost-option to standard foam.
11. EC/R Relaxor Massage System (not illustrated)
Ten transducer locations provide a deep penetrating massageaction to the upper back, lower back, hips, thighs and calf muscles. A simple hand control allows a choice of either: continuous waves of relaxing vibrations; or to focus the massage at any one specific transducer location. (Also available with the addition of heat to the normal massage action.)
12. EC/E Antensys Anti-Entrapment System (not illustrated)
We are pleased to be one of the first manufacturers to offer the option of an anti-entrapment risk reducing system on all of our electric lift & recline chairs. A touch sensitive strip around the base of the chair will halt the downward movement and reverse the action if it encounters any obstruction. This provides peace of mind to those users who frequently have young children or animals in close proximity to the chair. Please ask us for further information about this ground-breaking new system.
